Sharing Bushy Summers gives us such joy and when our dear friend, my publisher, Julie Gibbs came to stay we could not have been happier. It was not just that we were able to share our special place on the Wild West Coast of Tasmania, a place we knew she’d love as much as us, but also because we knew Bushy would offer her the creative space to do what she loves most, cooking! After all Bushy is the perfect place to nurture your creativity.
