Return Policy

Orders are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.
Contact office@clairelloyd.com to initiate return.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 


Lost in Mail

We do everything to ensure your orders arrive at their destination but occasionally post does go missing. If you are concerned please contact us and we will do everything in our power to locate your item.


Damaged Goods

All orders are packed with care and attention to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition. In the unfortunate event that goods are damaged if it is possible we will replace the damaged items. We ask for a digital photo of the damaged goods as soon as possible and will deal with each matter on a case-by-case basis.

When you purchase a product it cannot be reproduced or used for commercial purposes. If you wish to do so you must contact Claire and come to an agreement. 

Shipping

You will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.
Post is shipped with Australia Post.
Please allow extra time for your products to arrive due to COVID-19 delays.
